get ready.
Strengthen leadership where complexity and responsibility meet.
Leadership is shaped by the conditions around it.
As organizations grow, leadership expectations increase.
Complexity multiplies. Decisions carry more weight. Responsibility becomes harder to share.
What often becomes strained isn’t leadership capability.
It’s the systems surrounding it. Roles blur. Decision-making slows. Too much depends on a few people holding everything together.
My work focuses on strengthening leadership by addressing those conditions directly.
How I support organizations
I work with public, private, and non-profit organizations navigating growth, transition, and increasing complexity. Depending on what is needed, I support leadership through three distinct but related forms of engagement: Leadership Systems Advisory, Fractional COO Engagements, and 1:1 Executive Coaching.
Grounded in lived leadership experience.
I founded Ready Executive Consulting after nearly three decades working inside organizations as an entrepreneur, executive, and advisor across public, private, and non-profit sectors.
My work is grounded in lived leadership experience. Whether building and scaling businesses, holding senior executive roles, or working closely with boards and governance bodies. I bring a systems-focused lens to leadership, recognizing that effectiveness and sustainability depend as much on structure, decision-making, and accountability as on individual capability.
Through Leadership Systems Advisory, Fractional COO engagements, and context-aware 1:1 Executive Coaching, I partner with leaders who bring an owner’s mindset and care deeply about their organizations, their people, and how leadership shows up. Engagements are tailored, retainer-based, and designed to provide senior leadership support without the rigidity of a full-time hire.
I work with a small number of clients at a time so I can be fully present and deeply engaged in the work.
Let’s get to work.
